CloudMargin was formed in January 2014 by a group of professionals with several decades of combined experience within collateral management, OTC derivatives, technology and capital markets. They were driven by the belief that, for all but the very largest dealers, existing collateral management solutions took far too long to implement, were extremely dated in terms of functionality, were in no way ‘user-friendly’ and were far too expensive. Form Advertising were commissioned to fulfill the brand creation for this innovative startup and position them as a reliable alternative to existing systems.

The brand that Form Advertising created steered away from the stuffy corporate feel of the larger competitors and reflected the forward looking ethos of the company. Once the brand had been created they undertook a drip fed approach to advertising and increased brand exposure through target exhibition displays. The core of the brand was also underpinned with a responsive CMS website and effective HTML 5 banner advertising.
