Bondford is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) targeted at mid-sized corporates who require a more comprehensive, efficient and effective solution for managing foreign exchange (FX) risk. They are the very first company to provide a fully integrated One Stop FX solution. Bondford were looking for a new brand identity that would carry the modern Fintech ethos but would also resonate with their corporate client base who subscribe to heritage brands.

Initial Design Concepts

We provided Bondford a comprehensive suite of potential brand designs and creative brand campaigns. From this initial suite of designs, we whittled down the chosen direction and further drilled down into the accompanying brand assets.

Second phase designs

The initial brand ideas enabled the board to understand that they could explore a new direction from which they first envisaged. Elements of the initial designs were selected as a basis to develop the brand with integration as the leading element. With this in mind, our designers further enhanced the brand ideas and produced a secondary selection from which the final identity could be selected:

Final Identity Design

After the second round of identities were reviewed, the final identity was selected. The new mark reflected both integration and the cloud based technology on which their solution is based. Our studio then further enhanced the brand elements and how they were to be combined within the total brand story. It was decided to play heavily on the engineered performance and precision of the software and a series of associated imagery were selected for use within the website, brochures and presentations.

The brand has been met with great acclaim from both clients and investors alike. Due for launch in Q1 2019, the brand has already help generate a large amount of interest if the service. Form continue to create new collateral and will provide creative support for the company as it grows.
